User Experience research is the study of users' wants and needs, with the aim of applying those insights to enhance the design of a product, service, software or application for end users.

This file included all stages of UX research:

1. Timeline
   (to organize and demonstrates all design processes in specific detail)

   (to gain insights into users’ needs, behaviors, and attitudes towards a product or service)

   (providing focus and direction to the design process)
   

   

8. Competitor Analysis
   (to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement)
   

   

9. Affinity Diagram
   (to organize and group large amounts of data or ideas into meaningful categories)
   

   

10. Insights
    (to inform and guide the design of products or services that better meet user needs and goals)
